These sessions are a blend of structurally-specific massage techniques and cranio-sacral therapy. The treatment plan will be based on what you let me know about how you feel, and an intake we will do together to further assess your needs.

All rates above are based on payment at the time of service. Paying at time of service, or pre-paying for your service allows for a discounted service, at the rates listed above.
Payment at time of service or pre-payments can be made with cash, check or card. Returned checks will be charged a $40 service fee.
Please provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment; less than 24-hours notice will be charged for the full session rate.
I am happy to work with MVA/PIP claims, or workplace injuries (L & I). In those cases, a prescription for massage will be required, and we will need to confirm that there is an open claim with funds available for you to use for massage therapy. Please contact me before scheduling your appointment, so that I can begin the process of working with your claim rep/adjuster.
I do not contract with any health insurance companies. If you would like to seek coverage for this work, you will need to contact your insurance provider to find out the specific coverage they offer for out-of-network massage. You may also need a prescription for massage from your doctor. I will be happy to provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance, to use for reimbursement from your HSA account, FSA account, or for your tax deduction.
